Role Overview
This position supports the General Manager with day-to-day coordination and administrative control in Ahmedabad. The role combines internal communication, project tracking, vendor coordination, and routine follow-up work to help ensure tasks move forward smoothly.
Core Duties
- Coordinate ongoing projects and help keep timelines, actions, and stakeholders aligned.
- Handle interactions with vendors and support routine vendor-related communication.
- Track pending items internally and ensure follow-ups are completed on time.
- Prepare reports and maintain organized documentation for reference and review.
- Support clear communication between the General Manager and other teams or contacts.
Eligibility
Candidates must have a B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering.
Compensation
The offered salary is INR 2,40,000 to INR 3,00,000 per year.
