Purpose

As the second-in-command at the store, working closely with the director, you will play a pivotal role in leading the store towards achieving its objectives. Supporting managers, you will oversee product, operations, and people, ensuring excellent customer experience and adherence to company standards. You will utilize your fashion knowledge, organizational prowess, analytical skills, and adaptability to drive improvements and manage change effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the director in managing all product sections to meet sales goals.
• Oversee merchandise display and conduct product analysis including shortages, competitor activities, and trends to make informed decisions and actions.
• Perform commercial analyses to identify opportunities for sales growth and communicate regularly with central and country sales teams.
• Manage the flow of communications across different departments.
• Support inventory and merchandise flow management in collaboration with the Commercial Manager and director.
• Lead scheduling and organization of staff and operational processes, ensuring compliance with company productivity standards.
• Oversee store technology and related operations to guarantee a seamless shopping experience.
• Ensure adherence to omnichannel processes and lead new project implementations and operational updates.
• Manage shrinkage reduction strategies and coordinate relevant action plans.
• Drive high standards of customer service and ensure timely resolution of any issues.
• Assist with budget management for staffing hours, creating schedules that reflect sales dynamics and operational demands.
• Supervise staff training programs including onboarding, mandatory courses, and job training.
• Support succession planning by identifying and developing potential talent within the store team.
• Provide ongoing development, recognition, and constructive feedback to team members.
• Lead compliance with occupational safety, health regulations, and risk prevention.
