Role overview
The WL Field Specialist for Slickline supports customers by delivering PSD services safely, efficiently, and dependably. This role focuses on spotting ways to improve how services are delivered, applying established work practices, and controlling risk throughout execution.
Key responsibilities
- Make sure all job outputs are correct and completed within the required timeframe.
- Carry out field service delivery activities end to end.
- Take part in job risk assessments and ongoing improvement efforts.
- Build and maintain customer relationships that help promote the company’s products and services.
- Support compliance with company and regulatory requirements through CAT use, self-checks, and wellsite inspections.
- Join customer service quality reviews and use action plans to strengthen performance.
- Contribute to HSE and quality programs.
- Use personal protective equipment and follow all HSE rules and procedures.
- Keep the required safety training current.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree is required.
- At least 5 years of experience working as a tool specialist.
- Ability to work safely in field operations and follow compliance standards.
- Familiarity with risk analysis, service execution, and quality improvement practices.
