Job overview

This role is focused on selecting ordered products accurately in a warehouse setting, making sure each item matches the requested quantity, price, and condition before being packed into the correct box or container.

Key responsibilities

• Pick the correct SKUs and quantities from the designated storage locations.
• Follow quality assurance standards while selecting products.
• Handle merchandise carefully to prevent any damage during the picking process.
• Do not pick products that are expired or close to expiry.
• Arrange items neatly inside totes to maximize container space.
• If a picking location is out of stock, inform the replenishment supervisor immediately.
• Be responsible for the accuracy of picked items, as it affects performance evaluation.
• Place items properly inside totes, cartons, or lift units to make pharmacy receiving easier.
• Attach printed labels to totes and cartons as required.
• Meet the daily productivity target.
• Keep trolleys and pallets organized and move them to the handover area after finishing the picking process.
• Use the approved SOPs for different picking methods and follow any additional instructions from direct supervisors.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the warehouse.
• Follow company policies, safety procedures, and proper tool usage to protect company property and create a secure work environment.
• Take on additional duties as assigned when needed.

Work environment

This position is entirely indoors. The role follows a 6-day working week with 1 day off, and the scheduled working hours are 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

Requirements

• High school education is required.
• At least 1 year of work experience is needed.
• Ability to use smart devices is necessary.
• Prior experience using an RF scanner is required.
• Arabic and English language skills are required.
