Job Description and Responsibilities

• Manage all procurement activities for Food & Beverage outlets and oversee inventory control and stocktaking operations.
• Ensure optimal warehouse management to prevent disorder and maintain organized storage.
• Support the Operations Manager with various F&B projects and serve as the point of contact regarding product assortment.
• Utilize your numerical skills and hospitality industry experience to effectively manage the role.

Qualifications

• Personality is valued above your résumé. Experience in similar roles or related F&B functions is desirable; career changers are warmly welcomed.
• Enjoy experimenting and exploring unconventional approaches.
• Exhibit strong organizational skills and proficiency in computer applications, especially Excel.
• Bring not only your expertise but also your character and attitude to the team.
