Job Description and Responsibilities

Manage all procurement activities for Food & Beverage outlets and oversee inventory control and stocktaking operations.
Ensure optimal warehouse management to prevent disorder and maintain organized storage.
Support the Operations Manager with various F&B projects and serve as the point of contact regarding product assortment.
Utilize your numerical skills and hospitality industry experience to effectively manage the role.

Qualifications

Personality is valued above your résumé. Experience in similar roles or related F&B functions is desirable; career changers are warmly welcomed.
Enjoy experimenting and exploring unconventional approaches.
Exhibit strong organizational skills and proficiency in computer applications, especially Excel.
