Role Purpose

Arada is seeking an enthusiastic, friendly, and customer-oriented Waiter/Waitress to join the team at Brooki Bakehouse, a rapidly expanding bakery brand originally from Australia, famed for its chunky cookies, brownies, and cakes. The candidate will ensure excellent customer service and a delightful dining experience while supporting the daily restaurant activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome and greet customers upon arrival
• Provide customers with menus and explain dishes, ingredients, and daily specials in detail
• Accurately take food and beverage orders and communicate them to kitchen staff
• Serve meals and drinks promptly with efficiency
• Check on diners during their meal to confirm satisfaction and professionally resolve any issues
• Prepare tables by arranging linens, utensils, and glassware
• Clear tables and keep the dining area clean and tidy
• Process billing and handle payment transactions precisely
• Adhere to hygiene, safety, and food handling protocols
• Collaborate closely with kitchen and bar personnel to ensure seamless service

Qualifications and Skills

• Prior experience as a waiter/waitress or in a customer service role is advantageous
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Positive attitude and willingness to work collaboratively within a team
• Capability to thrive in a fast-moving environment
• Strong organizational and multitasking competence
• Basic arithmetic skills necessary for billing and payment processing
• Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and public holidays
