About the Role

EPG Group partners globally with businesses to provide top-tier workforce solutions. We are currently recruiting for a contract position to support a Fortune 500 client renowned for operational excellence and heritage. This five-month project requires a Visual Production Coordinator based in New York, NY, who will oversee 2D production for retail store rollouts across North America.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage 2D production activities related to North American retail store launches and seasonal marketing campaigns.
  • Prepare and distribute finalized mechanical files and artwork for production purposes.
  • Support campaign asset rendering, version control, and production processes.
  • Collaborate with North America, Global, and Sales teams to devise production strategies and organize vendor contacts.
  • Handle marketing field requests promptly and efficiently.
  • Create and maintain organized marketing briefs and project-related documentation.
  • Track timelines, production schedules, and asset deliveries utilizing Excel and internal management systems.
  • Support installation efforts for graphics, window displays, and pop-up events, ensuring quality standards in fabrication and setup.
  • Effectively juggle multiple projects while adhering to demanding deadlines.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Five years of relevant experience in visual production, marketing, or creative project management, ideally within retail.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite—specifically InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and the broader Office suite.
  • Experience managing marketing or creative production projects.
  • Excellent organizational abilities alongside strong communication and time management skills.
  • High attention to detail with capacity to prioritize multiple competing deadlines.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in fast-paced environments.
  • Physical ability to perform occasional lifting tasks as necessary.

Additional Information

  • Contract duration: 5 months.
  • Work schedule: Full-time, approximately 40 hours per week.
  • Worksite arrangement: Hybrid in New York, NY 10018.
  • Employment status: W2 contract.
