About the role
Louis Vuitton Americas is hiring a full-time Visual Merchandising Intern for a July to December 2026 assignment. This opportunity sits within the Visual Merchandising team and focuses on supporting communication, coordination, and project follow-up across the Americas while giving hands-on exposure to visual merchandising work in a fast-paced luxury retail setting.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the visual merchandising team with everyday communication, coordination, and project-related tasks while learning how the team operates.
- Support calendar planning, meeting arrangements, and coordination across different stakeholders and time zones to keep activities on track.
- Prepare communication materials, meeting recaps, and notes, gaining practical exposure to how information is distributed across functions.
- Provide general administrative and operational support as needed and become familiar with daily workflows and priorities.
- Help build and refresh presentations and decks for internal discussions, leadership reviews, and cross-functional updates.
- Organize and maintain visual merchandising documents, guidelines, and shared files so resources remain accessible and consistent.
- Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and milestones to support timely execution and follow-through.
- Work with retail, creative, operations, marketing, and central teams to support alignment and learn how cross-functional partnership works in practice.
- Contribute to team organization by spotting small opportunities to improve efficiency and coordination.
Profile
The ideal candidate is organized, careful with details, and comfortable communicating clearly in both writing and speech. Strong presentation-building ability and a sharp eye for visuals are important for this role. The intern should be able to manage several priorities in a busy environment, work well with different teams, and bring a proactive, practical, and solution-focused mindset. Skill with Microsoft Office and Teams is required. Interest in fashion, luxury retail, visual merchandising, and brand storytelling is preferred.
Compensation
- Undergraduate interns receive $20 per hour.
- Graduate interns receive $25 per hour.
Requirements and criteria

- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Must be able to work on site 4 to 5 days per week at the Louis Vuitton Corporate Office in Midtown Manhattan.
