Role overview

Compensation and working pattern
- Annual pay is between €34,000 and €36,500.
- A daily subsistence allowance of €17.92 is included.
- There is also bonus pay of up to €1,500 per year.
- Working hours are early morning, approximately 3:00 am to 12:00 noon.
- The role follows a 45-hour work week.
- If the shift ends early, full pay for the shift still applies.
- The package includes 21 days of annual leave and 10 bank holidays.
- The work environment is described as friendly, with a good work-life balance.
Main duties
- Load orders carefully and deliver them on time in line with order sheets and driving rules.
- Keep delivery paperwork organized and up to date.
- Interact with customers in a courteous and engaging manner.
- Return signed dockets to the supervisor.
- Hand back the tablet to the transport team at the end of the shift and ensure all required deliveries are completed on the app.
- Keep the vehicle clean and in excellent condition.
- Complete vehicle inspection sheets as needed.
- Follow health and safety procedures, help maintain a safe workplace, and protect yourself and colleagues from hazards and incidents.
Experience and licence requirements
- At least 1 year of driving experience is required.
- Manual handling ability is essential.
- A full, clean driving licence is necessary.
- Applicants should have a positive approach and be comfortable dealing with customers.
- Good attention to detail is important.
- The role requires someone who can work independently and as part of a team.
- A good command of English is required.
- A B driving licence is mandatory.
