What you will do
- Create visually strong, engaging email designs using Adobe Creative Suite and other tools, from the first concept through to the final template.
- Independently develop design systems and reusable email templates.
- Incorporate AI tools into your workflow, including current image-generation models and Claude, for both ideation and production tasks.
- Contribute your own ideas, identify opportunities for improvement, and put better solutions into practice.
- Understand target audiences and choose the right visual style for different online stores and industries.
What the role requires
- You work quickly and efficiently, and you understand the value of strong output and pace.
- You have already used AI tools in a serious, practical way and know how to apply them effectively.
- You are motivated to move things forward and improve how work gets done.
- You have experience with Adobe Creative Suite; knowledge of Figma is a plus.
- You communicate clearly and accurately in German and can work independently until final delivery.
