This freelance, part-time remote opportunity is for an experienced Graphic Designer who can support a Tendem project by turning raw ideas, data, and concepts into polished visual materials. The work sits within a hybrid AI and human workflow, where repetitive tasks are handled by Tendem Agents and the designer contributes judgment, visual expertise, and presentation quality.
The role suits someone who is comfortable working across visual communications, layout design, and a variety of marketing assets. You will focus on making content look clear, professional, and engaging using industry-standard design tools.

What you will do
- Create tidy layouts, contemporary infographics, and visually clear structures that improve readability and engagement.
- Develop reusable, attention-grabbing templates for social media channels and build effective one-page marketing or communication materials.
- Improve everyday design pieces through strong typography, disciplined grid systems, and balanced composition.
- Convert raw information and ideas into refined assets tailored to marketing and communication objectives.
- Check finished work carefully to maintain alignment, color consistency, and overall layout quality before delivery.

Work arrangement
This is project-based freelance work, so tasks are only available while projects are active. Depending on your profile and current openings, you may be invited to one or more projects. The estimated workload for active phases is about 10 to 20 hours per week, though this is only an estimate and not a guaranteed number of hours.
Compensation
Contributors can earn up to the equivalent of $50 per hour on this project, with pay depending on contribution level and pace. Compensation may differ from one project to another based on scope, complexity, and expertise required.
