• Proactively identify and resolve data delivery interruptions that could negatively impact customer experience.
• Collaborate with catalog teams to optimize menu structures by introducing relevant categories that enhance user navigation and choice.
• Quickly implement updates to menu tags and classifications to improve search results and conversion metrics within the app.
• Generate regular performance reports to assist account management in recognizing growth prospects.
