Role Overview
The Transaction Coordinator role is a full-time remote position responsible for overseeing real estate transactions from contract initiation to closing. Key duties include preparing and reviewing transaction files, tracking important dates and contingencies, and coordinating among agents, escrow officers, lenders, and clients to ensure all requirements are met on schedule. The Coordinator maintains accurate documentation, updates transaction statuses within appropriate systems, and follows up proactively on pending items. Daily responsibilities also involve addressing queries from clients and partners, delivering timely updates, resolving minor issues, and ensuring adherence to internal policies and relevant regulations. The position demands consistent, organized, and professional communication to facilitate smooth closings and high client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Transaction Coordination and Management, capable of handling multiple transaction files and deadlines simultaneously.
- Familiarity with real estate processes, including escrow workflows, contract timelines, and fundamental closing requirements.
- Strong communication and customer service skills focused on clarity, responsiveness, and professionalism in both verbal and written formats.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, time management, and proficiency with digital tools and transaction management software.
- Prior experience in real estate, title, escrow, or mortgage operations is advantageous.
- Capability to work independently in a remote setup, effectively prioritize tasks, and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Minimum educational requirement of a high school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications or certifications in real estate or transaction coordination are beneficial.
