Job description

Role overview

This traineeship sits within Disney+ Original Productions in Munich and supports the team in coordinating and delivering local original productions. The role is part-time and based on site.

What you will do

  • Contribute to the development of commissioned productions.
  • Assist the responsible producers across the full range of development and production tasks.
  • Help manage the flow of project information between the relevant stakeholders and teams.
  • Gain exposure to press and PR, marketing, dubbing, and streaming distribution activities.

What the role requires

  • A completed vocational training program and/or university degree, preferably in media, theatre, literature, or film studies.
  • Initial professional experience in television or the streaming industry.
  • Strong understanding of the German and international TV and streaming market.
  • Fast comprehension, self-direction, reliability, adaptability, organizational strength, and the ability to work well with others.
  • Experience or capability in script development.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to the working environment of an international company.
  • A cooperative, team-focused approach to work.
  • Good communication and creative strengths, along with strong motivation.
  • The ability to stay composed and careful even when workloads are high.
  • Fluent spoken and written German and English.
  • Confident use of standard PC software, especially MS Office.
  • Strong enthusiasm for TV and streaming series.
