Player 15 Group is the sports and entertainment organization behind the Phoenix Suns, Phoenix Mercury, Valley Suns, and Mortgage Matchup Center. The organization is looking for a Traffic Support Attendant to help guests with parking operations at the Mortgage Matchup Center Garage, Jefferson Street Garage, and Chase Field Garage. This role centers on guest assistance, traffic control, parking direction, event support, and keeping the facilities clean and functional before, during, and after events.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome guests into parking areas and guide them to open spaces.
- Respond to parking questions and provide helpful, service-focused support.
- Keep assigned parking zones tidy, organized, and presentable.
- Collect trash and handle small maintenance tasks when needed.
- Help set up and take down barricades for events and traffic management.
- Follow all safety rules and facility procedures.
- Coordinate with teammates to solve parking and traffic issues.
- Support operations before events, during events, and after events.
- Maintain dependable and consistent attendance.
Experience and skills
- At least 6 months of experience in customer service.
- Strong communication and guest-facing service abilities.
- Comfort handling problems in a busy, fast-paced setting.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Availability for a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Bilingual ability is an advantage, though not required.
Physical requirements
- Must be able to work indoors and outdoors in changing weather.
- Will need to stand for long periods.
- Must be able to walk extended distances and use stairs.
- Frequently required to bend, move equipment, and lift up to 30 pounds.
- Must be able to stay on duty for the full length of events.
