- Build a standout premium experience across all touchpoints, especially clubs, suites, and group areas.
- Supervise more than 60 part-time Premium Team Members and support them in delivering strong service at arena events such as basketball games, concerts, and live shows.
- Act as the on-duty Premium Manager and partner with Guest Services Managers to ensure leadership coverage for the full team.
- Oversee suites and premium clubs throughout the arena, including two suite levels with more than 70 suites, loge and theater boxes, party suites, and six premium clubs.
- Work with the current Premium Services Manager on the new Premium Experiences college program.
- Handle additional responsibilities as needed.
Experience and background
The ideal candidate brings a strong hospitality background with premium service exposure, proven people leadership, and a genuine commitment to exceptional guest care. Experience in large-scale event venues such as arenas, stadiums, or theme parks is preferred.

The role requires at least 3 years of experience in hospitality, specifically in a premium experience leadership capacity.
Benefits and workplace culture
Player 15 Group emphasizes an in-person, people-first environment that values initiative, ownership, teamwork, and a proactive “I’ll do it” attitude. The company aims to create a workplace where people feel supported, connected, and excited to come to work.
