Role Overview

We are looking for a confident, self-motivated retail leader to take ownership of the Trading Manager function at Fraser Cove. This position covers the shop floor areas, including Entertainment, Technology, Apparel, Footwear, and Price Integrity.

Working alongside the store leadership team, you will report to the Store Manager and help ensure merchandising standards, trading standards, and the Manager’s Trading Plan are delivered effectively. You will also oversee pricing accuracy and product availability while building a high-performing and engaged team.

Key Duties

Your role will include recruiting, coaching, motivating, and leading team members so they enjoy their work and deliver strong results. A major part of the job is shaping the overall presentation and feel of the store to create an excellent customer experience.

What We’re Looking For

The right candidate will have proven experience in retail management and be able to turn plans into action. Strong written and verbal communication skills are important, along with the ability to lead confidently and work well in a team-based environment.
