We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Time Capture Administrator to join the Energy and Utilities team in the Support Services Hub. This position plays an important part in ensuring timesheets are processed correctly and payroll is delivered accurately for operational sites.
You will partner with Site Coordinators, supervisors, and payroll teams to make sure workforce information is complete, accurate, and submitted within required timeframes.

- Track timesheet submissions so payroll cut-off dates are consistently met.
- Look into and fix issues such as missing approvals, incorrect hours, and other discrepancies.
- Work with relevant stakeholders to resolve payroll-related problems quickly.
- Prepare accurate data in Kronos to support payroll processing.
- Handle incoming requests through the ServiceNow platform.
- Keep records up to date and make sure service level targets are achieved.
- Spot potential risks that could affect payroll timelines and escalate them promptly.
- Assist with improvements to processes and optimisation of systems.
What we are looking for
The ideal candidate will bring experience in payroll administration or workforce time capture, along with a solid understanding of timesheet processing and payroll inputs. Familiarity with tools such as Kronos, WebTimes, or similar systems will be valuable.
You should be very accurate, comfortable working with workforce data, and able to communicate clearly with a range of stakeholders. The role also calls for someone who can manage deadlines effectively in a busy, high-volume environment. Experience with ServiceNow or comparable workflow tools is preferred.
