Role Overview

This position is responsible for driving sales of AIA products and services by reaching retail customers directly through call-centre based telemarketing and online channels. The role is aligned to individual and team targets as well as broader business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound telemarketing calls to partner-provided leads and work toward achieving sales targets.
  • Identify customer needs and suggest products that suit those requirements.
  • Turn partner-generated leads into sales through telemarketing efforts.
  • Carry out all call activities in line with regulatory requirements and quality standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum qualification of O Level or above.
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in outbound call-centre work and/or telemarketing or telesales, preferably in the financial sector.
  • BCP, PGI, and HI certifications are preferred but not compulsory.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
