Job description

Role overview

This position supports the High Net Worth (HNW) team in delivering affluent and offshore sales outcomes through well-planned initiatives, campaigns, events, and engagement programmes. It also contributes to the growth of the Prestige Club and helps strengthen the value offered to members from the Tied Distribution network, including both Tied Agency and AIA Financial Advisors.

In this role, you will support that mission by helping shape meaningful customer and stakeholder engagement across marketing, distribution, and partnership activities.

Campaigns, initiatives, and membership growth

  • Create and run fresh campaign ideas, engagement activities, and initiatives that expand Prestige Club membership.
  • Develop attractive benefits and member value propositions that help both acquire and retain members.
  • Promote Prestige Club across districts, branches, and internal teams.
  • Execute sales campaigns within approved budgets to encourage the agency force to grow affluent and offshore business.
  • Support the launch and communication of strategic campaigns and Prestige Club activities.
  • Build learning and capability programmes such as masterclasses, offshore training sessions, and customised workshops to improve productivity and skills.

Events, recognitions, and club benefits

  • Plan recognition activities such as luncheons, appreciation events, and campaign celebration sessions for high performers and members.
  • Regularly review club benefits and refresh them so they remain useful and appealing.
  • Work with approved vendors to deliver campaigns, events, and member privileges efficiently and professionally.

Budgeting and reporting

  • Manage the department budget carefully and keep spending within approved limits.
  • Prepare monthly budget updates and performance summaries for the Head of the HNW Department.
  • Monitor campaign return on investment and suggest ways to improve results.

Business and operational support

  • Share regular updates with internal stakeholders, business development teams, and the agency force on campaign progress, Prestige Club activity, and Prestige Top Awards results.
  • Make sure promotional and recognition materials are produced correctly and displayed on time.
  • Provide routine administrative support to the HNW Department.
  • Arrange meetings, book rooms, coordinate vendors, process invoices, and maintain documentation.
  • Assist with presentations, reports, and other ad hoc business tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in business, insurance, finance, or a related field is required.
  • At least 5 years of experience in business development or events management within financial services.
  • Strong understanding of insurance products, particularly those used in the HNW segment.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Comfortable handling multiple priorities in a busy, fast-moving environment.
  • Reliable, accountable, and able to work well as part of a team.
  • Strong presentation skills would be an advantage.
  • Experience with agency work and relevant insurance licences such as M5 and M9 is preferred.
