About the Role

Emeritus is seeking experienced industry professionals with over 12 years of hands-on expertise to join as Program Leaders for their cutting-edge training programs in Applied AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, Generative AI, and Agentic AI. This role offers a unique opportunity to mentor and guide working professionals, shaping the next generation of talent in these rapidly evolving fields. You will connect complex technical concepts with practical business applications, leveraging your extensive industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging training sessions primarily on weekends, with occasional weekday evening sessions.
• Mentor and guide participants in areas such as Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Data Science, Generative AI, and Agentic AI.
• Facilitate learning in topics including statistical analysis, feature engineering, model evaluation, and deployment.
• Connect theoretical knowledge with real-world business applications and industry best practices.
• Share expertise on tools and technologies like Python, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, and various AI frameworks.

Requirements

• A minimum of 12 years of professional industry experience in AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, or related fields.
• Proven hands-on expertise in core AI/ML concepts, including supervised/unsupervised learning, deep learning, and predictive analytics.
• Proficiency with essential tools and technologies such as Python, NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch, SQL, and data visualization libraries.
• Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, RAG architectures, and AI agent frameworks (e.g., LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI) is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to design and deploy production-grade AI solutions.
• A strong passion for teaching, mentoring, and knowledge sharing.
• Ability to explain complex technical subjects clearly and concisely.
