Job description
About the company
The team is building an AI-native proactive assistant designed to help everyday users handle conversations, errands, planning, and work with minimal prompting. The product is focused on dependable long-running workflows, persistent context, and completing real-world tasks even when model behavior is non-deterministic. The broader goal is to reduce the time users spend on daily tasks by more than 90%.
Role overview
This position supports end-to-end hiring for product, engineering, and business functions. It is a practical, execution-heavy role that involves working closely with recruiters and hiring managers to keep recruiting activity accurate, organized, and moving quickly. The role is well suited to someone early in their career who wants to learn how technical hiring works in a high-quality environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with the complete recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and offer coordination.
- Identify candidates through multiple channels such as LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, and direct outreach.
- Review resumes and conduct first-round candidate screens to evaluate fit, interest, and communication skills.
- Manage interview logistics, calendars, and feedback collection across candidates and hiring managers.
- Keep candidate data current and accurate in the ATS, with strong attention to data quality and process discipline.
- Contribute to recruiting initiatives and process improvements as the team grows, including candidate experience and employer branding efforts.
- Help maintain an organized, responsive, and fast-moving hiring operation.
Requirements
- 0 to 2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, operations, coordination, or a related area; fresh graduates with a strong interest in recruiting are also encouraged to apply.
- Strong organizational ability and careful attention to detail.
- Clear communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Comfort using tools like Google Sheets, Excel, and basic ATS platforms.
- Self-driven, curious, and open to feedback and learning.
- Ability to juggle several tasks and consistently follow through.
- Previous recruiting exposure is beneficial, but not essential; attitude, curiosity, and execution are emphasized over prior background.
Why this role
- Gain practical grounding in technical recruiting within a small, high-standard team.
- Work directly with experienced recruiters, engineers, and hiring managers.
- Receive real ownership and responsibility from the beginning.
- Operate in a flat environment where initiative and delivery matter more than titles.
- Build a path toward Talent Partner, Recruiter, or specialized technical hiring roles.
- Benefit from competitive compensation and meaningful career growth.
