Job description

About the Company

The organization is building an AI-first smart assistant designed to help everyday users handle conversations, errands, organisation, and workflows with very little prompting. The product is aimed at long-running tasks and dependable execution, with a focus on persistent context, multi-step reasoning, tool use, and strong reliability even when model outputs vary. The goal is to help people finish daily tasks much faster, with a target of reducing time by more than 90%.

Role Overview

This position supports end-to-end hiring for product, engineering, and business functions. It is a practical, execution-heavy role where you will work alongside recruiters and hiring managers to keep recruitment moving efficiently and accurately. The opportunity is suited to someone early in their career who wants to learn how quality technical hiring is done in a real business setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the full hiring cycle across open roles, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer-related support.
  • Find candidates through multiple channels such as LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, and direct outreach.
  • Review CVs and conduct first-round screenings to gauge role alignment, motivation, and communication ability.
  • Arrange interviews, manage schedules, and collect feedback from candidates and hiring managers.
  • Keep candidate information current and accurate in the applicant tracking system, with a strong focus on data quality and process discipline.
  • Contribute to recruiting initiatives and process improvements as the team grows, including candidate experience and employer branding efforts.
  • Help maintain an organised, responsive, and efficient hiring operation.

Required Profile

  • 0 to 2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, operations, coordination, or a related field; fresh graduates with a strong interest in recruiting are also encouraged to apply.
  • Strong planning skills and a sharp eye for detail.
  • Good written and spoken communication skills.
  • Comfort using tools like Google Sheets, Excel, and basic ATS platforms.
  • A self-starter attitude, willingness to learn, and openness to feedback.
  • Ability to juggle several tasks and consistently follow through.
  • Previous recruiting exposure is useful but not mandatory; curiosity, attitude, and execution are more important.

Why This Role

  • Opportunity to learn technical recruiting from the ground up in a small, high-standard team.
  • Close collaboration with experienced recruiters, engineers, and hiring managers.
  • Meaningful ownership and responsibility from the start.
  • Flat team structure where initiative and execution are valued more than titles.
  • Potential career progression into Talent Partner, Recruiter, or specialised technical hiring roles.
  • Competitive pay and room for professional growth.
