Team and Role Overview

You will join the Talent Acquisition function in Europe, a team focused on attracting outstanding talent and creating strong experiences for both candidates and hiring managers. In this position, you will support sourcing efforts across EMEA, with particular attention on Dublin, by building strong and scalable pipelines for technical hiring.

This role suits a strategic sourcer who understands the software engineering talent market in EMEA and can use data, analytics, and AI-enabled tools to improve sourcing effectiveness and productivity.

This opportunity is a fixed-term contract role.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to shape focused sourcing plans for software engineering positions.
• Create and share strong, diverse talent pipelines supported by market research, talent mapping, and data insights.
• Use analytics, AI-assisted sourcing tools, and market intelligence to spot trends, improve outreach, and increase conversion.
• Develop and run pipeline-building initiatives such as technical events, community outreach, and referral campaigns.
• Represent the employer brand positively while providing a thoughtful and high-quality candidate journey.
• Keep ATS records accurate, compliant, and well maintained to support process quality and reliable data.

What You Need

• Strong background in end-to-end sourcing across EMEA, especially within the Irish tech market, with proven success building pipelines for software engineering, data, and cloud positions.
• Experience with talent mapping and competitor intelligence, and the ability to turn market findings into practical sourcing plans and hiring forecasts.
• Comfort designing and executing multi-channel sourcing approaches to engage both active and passive candidates.
• Ability to partner with recruiters and hiring managers, align on role expectations, advise on Irish market conditions, and influence hiring decisions using data.
• Experience applying inclusive sourcing methods that support DE&I objectives.
• Capability to measure sourcing performance, review metrics, and adjust strategies based on market changes and results.
