Role overview
An Edinburgh store is hiring for Team Members. One opening is available in the kitchen on a full-time basis, and another is available in front of house on a part-time basis. The role offers pay of up to £14.05 per hour, including an hourly bonus, and does not use zero-hours contracts.
What you will do
- Slice fresh fish and handle ingredient preparation.
- Prepare maki rolls and other signature itsu dishes.
- Cook food carefully and with attention to detail.
- Keep food safety and quality standards consistently high.
- Provide friendly, upbeat customer service.
Training and growth
No previous experience is required, as full training will be provided. Learning takes place through practical in-store support, guidance from teammates and managers, and digital modules via the app and Academy courses.
