Team Lead – US IT Staffing

Key responsibilities

• Guide and assist the recruitment team so hiring targets are met with quality outcomes.
• Hire IT and non-IT candidates for both contract and permanent openings.
• Search for suitable talent through platforms such as LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, Monster, and similar sourcing channels.
• Review profiles, carry out first-round interviews, and arrange client-level interviews.
• Develop and maintain a healthy pool of qualified candidates for ongoing requirements.
• Work closely with hiring managers and account managers to fulfill client staffing needs.
• Make sure candidates have a smooth and positive experience throughout the hiring process.

What the employer is looking for

• 3–5 years of practical experience in US IT staffing or recruitment.
• Strong sourcing capability, including advanced Boolean search methods.
• Working knowledge of technologies such as Java, .NET, Full Stack, Cloud, DevOps, Data Engineering, QA, SAP, and related areas.
• Understanding of US work authorization categories including H1B, GC, USC, OPT, CPT, and EAD.
