Role Overview
This is a workplace-based position in Singapore. The role supports the Sales function for Disney Cruise Line and helps keep daily operations, coordination, and execution running smoothly in a fast-moving environment.

Role Summary
As Disney Cruise Line grows across Southeast Asia, this position plays an important part in supporting both sales delivery and the team’s operational rhythm. The Team Coordinator acts as a central coordination hub for the Sales team and works closely with multiple internal stakeholders to ensure business priorities are executed efficiently and accurately.
The role suits someone who is highly organised, adaptable, detail-focused, and comfortable juggling several priorities at once while maintaining a high standard of professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Act as the main coordination contact for internal teams and other stakeholders.
- Arrange internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure follow-through on deadlines and action points.
- Assist in preparing sales reports, handling ad hoc assignments, and organising trade events.
- Support vendor onboarding processes and raise purchase orders when required.
- Maintain team calendars, schedules, and meeting logistics.
- Coordinate travel arrangements such as flights, accommodation, and visa processing.
- Prepare meeting documents, capture minutes, and monitor action-item progress.
- Handle travel and entertainment claims as well as expense submissions.
- Provide prompt support for urgent tasks and requests from leadership.

- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced, and multicultural setting.

- Ability to communicate fluently in both spoken and written English and Chinese is preferred.
Education
A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline is required.
