About the Organisation

The Role
This is a permanent, full-time Team Administrator position supporting the Enrolled School Team in Auckland. The role suits someone who is organised, proactive, and people-oriented, and who can provide dependable administrative support in a busy environment.
What You Will Do
- Deliver broad administrative assistance to leaders and team members.
- Organise meetings, events, and travel logistics.
- Maintain calendars, manage correspondence, and handle documentation.
- Support purchasing processes, purchase orders, and day-to-day office functions.
- Help with data entry, reporting tasks, and information handling.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with internal teams, whānau, and outside stakeholders.
- Contribute to organisation-wide projects, initiatives, and service improvement work.
About You
You are a capable administrator who works well in a busy setting and enjoys helping others succeed. You bring strong organisation, sound judgement, and a practical approach to getting things done.
Experience and Skills
- 3–5 years of experience in an administrative position.
- Experience handling multiple calendars and organising travel.
- Strong time management and the ability to juggle competing demands.
- Clear written and spoken communication skills.
- Comfort using Microsoft Office and other workplace systems.
- High attention to detail and a strong sense of confidentiality.
- A proactive, solutions-led mindset with the ability to foresee needs.
- NZSL skills, or the willingness to learn NZSL.
