Role overview
Harrison McMillan is looking for several experienced and driven Talent Partners to join its team across contract and temp-to-perm assignments, with permanent opportunities also included. These positions suit recruitment professionals who perform well in busy settings, enjoy working with stakeholders, and can deliver strong end-to-end hiring outcomes across a broad mix of industries and roles.
The position is based in Adelaide, South Australia, and hybrid or flexible working arrangements may be available. Pay is offered at $50 to $75 per hour, depending on experience.
About the role
In this role, you will collaborate with internal teams and/or client contacts to achieve strong recruitment results. You will handle the complete hiring process, from sourcing and screening candidates through to offer management and onboarding coordination.
The role sits within a supportive, people-first environment where adaptability, independence, and high-quality delivery are all important.
Key responsibilities
- Manage recruitment activities end to end for professional and/or technical positions
- Source candidates proactively and build talent pools through multiple channels
- Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and engage with clients regularly
- Draft and publish job briefs and advertisements
- Screen applicants, conduct interviews, and prepare shortlists
- Handle offer stages and support onboarding coordination
- Deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
- Keep ATS records accurate, current, and well maintained
About you
- You bring proven recruitment experience, either from agency or internal environments
- You communicate clearly and build stakeholder relationships effectively
- You can juggle several roles and priorities at once
- You are confident in sourcing talent and engaging candidates
- Experience in temporary and contract recruitment is an advantage
- You work in a proactive, practical, and professional way
