About ASOS
ASOS is a global online fashion retailer serving style-conscious customers around the world. The company aims to help people feel confident expressing themselves, and it encourages employees to bring their individuality and creativity to work.
ASOS is a Disability Confident Committed employer. Candidates who need reasonable adjustments during any stage of recruitment can let the Talent team know.
Role overview
The Talent Manager will oversee the day-to-day delivery of creator and talent activity across campaigns, always-on content, Brand Heat moments, VIP work, gifting, and social-first activations.
This position bridges strategy and execution by converting the Talent Lead’s direction into practical plans, strong partnerships, and high-quality delivery. The role keeps talent activity culturally relevant, commercially aligned, and operationally efficient while supporting ASOS’s positioning as The Stylist.
The role suits someone who understands creators, fashion, social platforms, and culture, while also being highly organised, commercially aware, and comfortable juggling several priorities in a fast-moving environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of creator and talent partnerships across campaigns, always-on social content, Brand Heat activity, VIP initiatives, gifting, collaborations, and cultural moments.
- Convert the talent strategy into actionable plans, timelines, briefs, deliverables, and stakeholder next steps.
- Support sourcing, shortlisting, outreach, onboarding, negotiation, scheduling, approvals, and campaign completion.
- Make sure all output feels authentic, social-first, and consistent with ASOS brand standards, audience expectations, and creative direction.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with creators, influencers, stylists, agents, VIPs, industry contacts, and agency partners.
- Represent ASOS externally with professionalism, sound cultural awareness, and strong brand judgement.
- Help build long-term partnerships that strengthen advocacy and create lasting value for ASOS.
- Spot emerging creators, tastemakers, and cultural voices who can place ASOS in the right conversations.
- Work closely with Brand Marketing, Social, Editorial, PR, Creative, Media, and Commercial teams to connect talent plans to campaigns and content.
- Support platform-native talent ideas that can improve reach, engagement, saveability, shareability, and talkability.
- Coordinate talent requirements for shoots, launches, events, reactive activity, product storytelling, and social-first activations.
- Ensure talent deliverables are completed on time and follow the correct brief, usage, disclosure, and approval process.
- Handle operational details such as briefs, contracts, purchase orders, invoices, usage rights, product requests, logistics, and trackers.
- Keep talent databases, campaign documents, reporting trackers, and status updates accurate and up to date.
- Support budget management across talent fees, gifting, agency charges, production support, and amplification needs.
- Escalate risks, blockers, and opportunities early so the wider team stays informed on decisions and dependencies.
- Track and report on talent performance across reach, engagement, content delivery, earned visibility, campaign support, and brand relevance.
- Use performance data, social listening, and cultural insights to identify what is working and where improvements are needed.
- Share learnings with Talent, Brand, Social, PR, and Media teams to improve future briefs, talent selection, and activation planning.
- Monitor competitor activity, platform trends, and creator behaviour to keep ASOS close to culture.
Candidate profile
ASOS is looking for someone with experience in talent, creator, influencer, social, PR, partnerships, casting, or brand marketing roles, preferably within fashion, lifestyle, retail, media, or culture-led brands.
Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, creator communities, and social-first content formats is essential. The ideal candidate will also have a strong feel for fashion, entertainment, internet culture, and what makes talent work feel relevant.
The role requires excellent organisation, the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, budgets, and stakeholders, and confidence working in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills are important, along with the ability to work effectively with talent, agents, agencies, and internal teams.
The right person should be able to balance creative judgement with operational discipline and commercial accountability, and should be proactive, collaborative, calm under pressure, and detail-oriented.

- 25 days of paid annual leave plus an additional celebration day for a special occasion
- Discretionary bonus scheme
- Private medical care scheme
- Flexible benefits allowance, which can be taken as extra cash or used for other benefits
