Role Overview
This position is for a strategic leader who can turn research, culture and commercial thinking into clear brand direction. The ideal person will help shape ambitious ideas for major regional and international clients, while working closely with creative, media, data and senior leadership teams to deliver connected, culturally relevant work.
What You Will Do
- Guide strategic planning and development for important client accounts.
- Translate behavioural patterns, market data and cultural observations into practical brand strategies.
- Support creative teams with strong direction, inspiring briefs and thought-provoking ideas.
- Contribute to standout, award-calibre work as well as growth initiatives and new business efforts.
- Coach and develop emerging strategy professionals.
- Bring forward-thinking perspectives on culture, innovation, AI and other emerging trends.
What The Employer Is Looking For
- At least 7-9+ years of experience in Strategy, Planning, Brand Strategy or Creative Strategy.
- Excellent communication, narrative building and presentation abilities.
- A balance of commercial awareness and creative thinking.
- A team-oriented leader who performs well in a high-energy, fast-moving environment.
- Strong knowledge of consumers, brands and cultural dynamics.
- Experience in the GCC market is preferred, and exposure to Saudi Arabia is a clear advantage.
- Arabic language skills are preferred.
