Role Summary

The Talent Management Manager will contribute to a range of Middle East talent management and core HR initiatives. This role centers on leadership assessment programs, talent development, HR systems and data ownership, and close partnership with HR and COE teams to support growth and development efforts. A major part of the position is the continued execution of developmental leadership assessments and using the resulting insights to support business decisions. Key stakeholders include Division HRVPs, HRBPs, senior leaders, and HR Operations.

What You'll Do

  • Plan and execute employee lifecycle initiatives such as leadership assessments (LeAD), 360 feedback, functional assessments, and leadership coaching.
  • Coordinate project planning, communication, and delivery for top-talent programs.
  • Provide talent advisory support to senior business and HR leaders, including executive session planning, talent data handling, and management of new talent initiatives.
  • Help expand data-led decision-making through PepsiCo assessment insights while balancing changing business priorities.
  • Organize work across multiple streams, deadlines, and shifting timelines.
  • Contribute thought leadership to help the Talent Management Lead shape the strategic talent agenda.
  • Support talent planning by building data files, assisting with project management, and contributing to other talent-related initiatives.
  • Research topics and issues needed for client interventions.
  • Collect, review, and analyze talent and organizational data; identify patterns and insights; and present findings that support the talent agenda.
  • Work within HR systems and reports, including entering talent data into MyP&D.
  • Collaborate with the TMCI team and TMOD leads to ensure programs and processes are fully connected.
  • Build strong working relationships with the corporate COE and other sector talent management teams.
  • Communicate clearly in both written and verbal form to influence and coordinate with key stakeholders.

Required Profile

  • A bachelor’s degree, or equivalent practical experience, is required.
  • At least 8 years of experience is needed.
  • The candidate should be highly driven, with strong communication, influencing, and follow-up abilities.
  • Demonstrated leadership strength and experience influencing varied audiences at multiple levels are important.
  • Experience working across global and local teams to deliver objectives is required.
  • Strong analytical and research capability is expected; exposure to statistical software would be an advantage.
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is necessary.
  • Ability to solve problems and perform gap analysis is required.
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills, along with close attention to detail, are essential.
  • The role requires excellent organization and time-management skills, with the ability to handle several priorities at once.
  • The ideal candidate should be self-directed and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • A strong sense of urgency is required.
