About The Team

The international and agile team at RFA is eager to welcome a driven individual to lead the Talent Acquisition team. Responsibilities

• Manage the entire recruitment process for assigned departments, including sourcing, interviewing, and offer management, focusing on attracting top talent in Germany and the UK.
• Collaborate with engineering, commercial, and business leaders to assess current and future hiring needs, providing strategic recruitment advice and market insights.
• Assist project management and department heads in workforce planning, identifying resource demands, and building talent pipelines aligned with growth strategies.
• Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, Xing, industry events, networks, and creative sourcing methods to ensure comprehensive market coverage.
• Support employer branding efforts in cooperation with Marketing to enhance RFA’s employer reputation within the space sector.
• Represent RFA at job fairs, industry conferences, and university outreach events.
• Continuously seek ways to optimize recruitment processes, improve candidate experience, and enhance hiring outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Engineering Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-4 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, or Workforce Planning, preferably in the space industry.
• Proficient in sourcing and talent mapping techniques including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and market intelligence tools.
• Experience managing employer branding initiatives and talent attraction campaigns.
• Hands-on expertise with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), ideally Greenhouse, and utilizing recruitment metrics for process improvement.
• Excellent communication, relationship building, and organizational skills with a strategic and service-oriented mindset.
• Experience in the space or aerospace industries is highly desirable.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required; German language skills are advantageous.
