About The Team
The international and agile HR team at RFA is searching for a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager (m/f/d) who will lead their young, enthusiastic, and supportive Talent Acquisition group. The role involves not only leadership but active contribution, fostering a workplace that attracts motivated talent to support the space industry's evolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle for all departments, focusing especially on teams based in Germany and the UK.
- Collaborate with Department Leads to craft hiring strategies and offer expert recruitment advice, aligning with overall business goals.
- Lead workforce planning with department heads and Project Management to ensure talent acquisition aligns with future growth and project requirements.
- Guide, mentor, and develop the Talent Acquisition team to drive excellent performance and enhance best practices.
- Design and implement sourcing strategies, talent mapping, and pipeline development for essential positions.
- Partner with Marketing to advance employer branding to attract aerospace and engineering talent.
- Manage relationships with specialized job boards, industry partners, and talent communities.
- Administer recruitment tools including Greenhouse ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter effectively.
- Represent RFA at job fairs, industry events, and networking platforms to promote talent engagement.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields.
- At least 7 to 8 years experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in aerospace or rapidly growing companies.
- Proven ability to scale technical teams by five times.
- Past leadership or mentorship experience managing recruiters and recruitment across different business sectors.
- Successful track record in formulating recruitment strategies, workforce planning, and talent pipeline creation.
- Experience in employer branding and driving talent attraction campaigns.
- Strong stakeholder management with the capacity to influence and guide senior leadership.
- Proficiency in recruitment software, particularly Greenhouse ATS, with the ability to analyze and improve recruitment analytics.
- Fluent written and spoken English; German language skills are advantageous.
- Excellent communication, organizational, relationship-building abilities paired with a proactive and strategic approach.
