Role overview
This is a full-time remote hiring role for an Associate Recruiter supporting one of the client organizations. The person in this position will be responsible for finding, screening, and shortlisting suitable candidates for open roles, while guiding the recruitment process from start to finish. The work will involve helping hiring teams identify strong talent across different business areas and making the hiring experience smooth and efficient.
Key responsibilities
- Find potential candidates using job portals, social platforms, and professional networking channels.
- Review applications and carry out first-round interviews to evaluate experience, fit, and suitability.
- Arrange interviews between candidates and recruiters or hiring managers, and handle follow-up communication.
- Keep candidate information, recruitment activity, and hiring metrics updated in the applicant tracking system.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and fine-tune role expectations.
Required skills and qualifications
- Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and hiring.
- Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities for interacting with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Capability to handle several open positions at once while staying organized and detail-oriented.
- Comfort with job boards and advanced search methods such as Boolean search.
Compensation
The payout for this role is $15 to $20 per hour.
