Role Overview

AvePoint is looking for an experienced and proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its Singapore team. In this position, you will shape recruiting strategy, improve hiring workflows, and work closely with different business units to understand their specific workforce needs. The role also requires regular coordination with internal stakeholders as well as external partners such as agencies and vendors to attract strong candidates who fit the company’s objectives and culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement recruitment strategies that support hiring across a range of roles and teams.
  • Work with business leaders to anticipate staffing needs and plan hiring priorities.
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple business functions.
  • Improve hiring workflows and introduce approaches that engage passive candidates.
  • Build effective working relationships with hiring managers to strengthen recruitment outcomes.
  • Track, analyze, and share hiring metrics to support workforce planning and budget forecasting.
  • Keep hiring managers and candidates updated so the process moves forward on time.
  • Develop connections with external recruitment agencies and universities to maintain a healthy talent pipeline.
  • Plan recruitment activities and events for open positions.
  • Support other HR, recruitment, and cross-functional initiatives as needed.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is energetic, adaptable, and collaborative, with a mindset for innovation and continuous learning. You should enjoy working with both internal teams and outside partners, and be comfortable contributing ideas that improve how the company hires and grows.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in recruiting or a comparable talent acquisition position.
  • Strong knowledge of hiring workflows and proven recruitment practices.
  • Familiarity with candidate assessment and selection techniques.
  • Good understanding of different business functions and their hiring requirements.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, along with strong interpersonal ability.
  • Ability to manage sensitive data responsibly and confidentially.
  • Sound judgment and the ability to act quickly when needed.
  • Diploma or BSc/BA in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.
