We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a consistently expanding organization based in Dublin South with a hybrid work arrangement requiring three days onsite. The role offers a competitive salary between €55,000 and €62,000 along with excellent benefits. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle for multiple business sectors integral to the company’s ongoing expansion.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify hiring demands and craft tailored recruitment strategies.
- Identify, interview, and evaluate candidates across both professional and operational roles.
- Develop and maintain proactive talent pipelines using diverse sourcing methods.
- Encourage internal mobility by recognizing opportunities for employee growth or redeployment.
- Ensure exceptional candidate experiences from first contact to offer acceptance.
- Track recruitment activities against agreed service levels and continuously seek improvements to enhance efficiency and hiring quality.
- Participate in employer branding efforts, recruitment initiatives, and continuous process improvements.
- Generate recruitment metrics and reports to aid leadership decision-making.
Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated history of managing full recruitment processes across various disciplines, preferably in FMCG, Telecommunications, Engineering, Construction, or Manufacturing industries.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence and guide hiring managers effectively.
- Expertise in candidate sourcing and conducting comprehensive interviews.
- Initiative-driven in attracting talent within competitive markets.
- Experience adhering to recruitment KPIs and maintaining service level agreements.
- Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.
- Collaborative mindset with a readiness to operate within a broader HR team.
- Beneficial to have contributed to employer branding, recruitment projects, or process enhancements.
