Overview

Our partner company in Germany is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to support international hiring efforts and identify qualified independent contractors across multiple regions. The role centers on finding and engaging skilled linguists to meet varied language needs, while handling recruitment from initial outreach through onboarding.

This is a chance to operate in a global, fast-moving environment with collaboration across several markets and time zones. The right person will be well-organized, articulate, and comfortable working with a high volume of hiring activity while keeping the candidate journey smooth and professional.

This position is posted on behalf of a partner company, which will handle applications and the subsequent hiring steps.

What you will do

  • Find, attract, and hire independent contractors from different regions according to language and business needs.
  • Create and implement sourcing approaches that keep the candidate pool strong and relevant.
  • Interview candidates and evaluate their language ability, qualifications, and overall fit for open roles.
  • Oversee the entire hiring process, from initial sourcing and screening through onboarding.
  • Support large-scale hiring initiatives without losing focus on quality.
  • Work with internal teams to understand workforce needs, role expectations, and hiring priorities.
  • Research the market and stay connected with potential candidates to strengthen future pipelines.
  • Maintain a professional, positive experience for candidates at every stage of recruitment.
  • Monitor hiring activity and review recruitment metrics to assess sourcing performance.

Requirements

  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related field.
  • Strong command of written and spoken English.
  • Proven ability to manage recruitment independently and juggle several priorities at once.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Well-developed organizational and time-management skills.
  • Comfort working independently, meeting deadlines, and handling tasks efficiently.
  • Willingness to work across time zones when needed.
  • Experience recruiting freelancers, independent contractors, or international talent is an added advantage.
