Key accountabilities
- Take ownership of important operational domains, setting priorities, identifying opportunities, and driving initiatives through to completion.
- Apply advanced SQL and data analysis to uncover insights, review performance, and inform strategic choices.
- Shape growth plans for product lines by collaborating with internal teams to improve offerings, refine funnels, and raise customer engagement.
- Create, monitor, and communicate operational OKRs, KPIs, and performance measures to support ongoing improvement.
- Track and enhance the performance of products, features, operational groups, and core business workflows.
- Run cross-functional projects aimed at scaling operations, streamlining processes, and improving organizational effectiveness.
- Build go-to-market plans for new initiatives, including vendor coordination, assessment of business applications, onboarding workflows, and operational enablement.
- Work with internal stakeholders to strengthen networks, improve company functions, and elevate customer and partner experiences.
- Present recommendations, insights, and project results to leadership and other decision-makers.
Required profile
- At least 4 years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, technology operations, business analytics, project management, or a closely related field.
- Strong hands-on SQL ability, with regular use of data manipulation, analysis, and reporting.
- Advanced analytical capability, including the skill to turn complex datasets into clear, actionable insights using analysis and visualization tools.
- Highly proficient in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Experience building CRM workflows, processes, and integrations aligned to business goals.
- Demonstrated success in designing and improving end-to-end operating processes for both new products and existing functions.
- An operations-oriented approach with a focus on simplifying work, improving efficiency, and delivering outcomes.
- Strong cross-functional leadership experience with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex analysis and recommendations in a clear way.
