- Build proactive relationships with business leaders and HR partners to understand hiring needs and recommend sourcing solutions.
- Create a positive first experience for candidates and represent Revlon professionally throughout the process.
- Track market trends and help build talent pipelines to support future hiring needs.
What You Bring

- The ability to work flexibly across many job families and adapt to changing hiring volumes and priorities.
- Solid recruiting capabilities in sourcing, networking, screening, qualifying, negotiation, and relationship building.
- Confidence in developing productive working relationships at different management levels.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Excellent organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.
- Good time management, urgency, and a proactive working style.
Additional Requirements
- At least 2 to 3+ years of recruiting experience in a high-volume, flexible, full-cycle environment.
- Experience hiring for multiple functions.
- Background in retail, consumer products, or the service industry is preferred, especially in retail, luxury, or multi-brand environments.
- Experience in both agency and in-house recruiting is an advantage.
- Experience using Greenhouse ATS is strongly preferred.
- The candidate must be legally authorized to work in the United States, as sponsorship or transfer of employment visas is not available for this role.
