Job description

About the Role

Revlon is looking for a Senior Analyst, Global Indirect Procurement to support its global indirect procurement function with advanced analytics, reporting, process improvement, supplier insight, and governance. The role sits within a company that has a long history of beauty innovation and a broad portfolio of iconic brands across cosmetics, skincare, hair care, personal care, and fragrance.

This position is hybrid based in New York, NY. Employees are expected to work from the New York office three days per week and may work remotely on the remaining days.

What You’ll Do

  • Review indirect procurement data using structured models and reporting platforms to surface savings opportunities, performance patterns, compliance issues, and process improvement ideas across categories.
  • Build and refine procurement workflows, controls, and data governance practices that improve efficiency, support policy compliance, and keep processes audit-ready.
  • Develop recurring KPI reporting, including savings tracking, actualization logic, and financial reconciliation, and create executive dashboards and presentation formats for leadership reviews and monthly reporting.
  • Analyze supplier and supply chain risk by evaluating financial health, capabilities, historical performance, and market signals, then help shape mitigation actions.
  • Support category leaders with supplier screening and selection by creating assessment frameworks, analyzing financial and operational capability data, and turning findings into recommendations.
  • Assist with RFIs and RFPs by setting data requirements, consolidating responses, building scoring models, and preparing comparison analyses for shortlisting and selection.
  • Prepare negotiation support materials such as scenario models, savings waterfalls, and cost comparisons for category leaders during supplier negotiations.
  • Drive supplier onboarding work to completion, making sure data is complete, systems are ready, and procurement governance requirements are met.
  • Support contract rollout and contract compliance by creating tracking tools, checking adherence to agreed terms, and improving visibility through reporting.
  • Gather and analyze supplier performance data and internal KPI information to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present technical information clearly to executives and management audiences.
  • Advanced hands-on experience with Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate, including data model design, dashboard building, model-driven apps, and automated workflows.
  • Deep analytical capability with a strong focus on data modeling, reconciliation, controls, and governance.
  • Proven skill in diagnosing and resolving complex issues across data, reporting, automation, and integrated systems.
  • Expert-level Excel knowledge, including advanced formulas, dynamic arrays, pivot calculations, Power Query, and macro-enabled automation.
  • Ability to manage and reconcile large datasets across Excel, Dataverse, and reporting tools while maintaining version control and auditability.
  • Experience turning large volumes of structured data into accurate, automated, repeatable management and executive reporting.
  • Advanced familiarity with procurement analytics platforms, financial tracking systems, and reporting tools used across Procurement and Finance.
  • Comfort working cross-functionally with Procurement, Finance, IT, and business teams on data architecture, system design, and process optimization.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a math- or science-related discipline such as Mathematics, Engineering, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Statistics, or a Science field.
  • 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in procurement, data analytics, management consulting, or business intelligence/strategy.
  • Experience with advanced procurement technologies and systems is an advantage.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship or transfer, as employer support is not available for this role.
