Overview

This remote position is a temporary three-month contract starting August 3, 2026, with an hourly pay ranging between $33 and $40. The role involves partnering closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR teams within a U.S. setting to support talent acquisition efforts and ensure a smooth interview process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage passive and active candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and networking channels.
  • Develop and manage talent pipelines to satisfy immediate and future recruitment demands.
  • Lead outreach campaigns to attract potential candidates and conduct resume assessments along with market analyses.
  • Document candidate activities and maintain pipeline data in applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Organize and schedule interviews across diverse hiring managers and time zones, coordinating panels, assessments, and debrief sessions.
  • Prepare all necessary interview materials, including schedules, candidate packets, and interviewer guides.
  • Ensure that interviewers are well-informed and track interview feedback to assist recruiters in follow-up actions.
  • Manage candidate logistics and maintain professional communication to foster a positive candidate experience.
  • Assist recruiters with requisition administration and interview procedures.
  • Keep accurate records within ATS and uphold compliance with recruitment standards and documentation.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to support recruitment goals, identify bottlenecks, and enhance recruiting efficiency and candidate engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Minimum of five years in recruiting, sourcing, talent coordination, or human resources roles.
  • Proficient in candidate sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent acquisition tools.
  • Experienced in managing interview schedules involving multiple stakeholders and calendars.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and project management abilities.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and Microsoft Office suite.

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Background in corporate talent acquisition.
  • Experience managing high-volume hiring or supporting diverse business lines.
  • Knowledge of recruitment best practices and effective candidate engagement techniques.
  • Experience working with ATS platforms such as SuccessFactors, Workday, or Greenhouse.
