Position Overview
The Talent Acquisition Recruiter role goes beyond simply filling vacancies; it involves shaping and advancing the Talent Acquisition function in a dynamic, fast-growing environment. The ideal candidate is energetic, inquisitive, and thrives on the challenge of sourcing outstanding candidates, cultivating relationships, and guiding hiring managers toward sound hiring decisions. This role demands a proactive approach to accelerate recruitment processes while delivering exceptional service to both candidates and leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the complete recruiting lifecycle from initial intake to offer acceptance.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to ascertain recruitment needs and devise effective strategies.
- Identify and engage exceptional talent through diverse sourcing channels.
- Develop and sustain proactive talent pipelines for immediate and future requirements.
- Ensure superior candidate experience via prompt communication and follow-up.
- Inform and influence hiring leaders by providing market insights, clarifying expectations, and facilitating prompt hiring decisions.
- Maintain thorough candidate records and recruitment activities in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Analyze recruiting metrics to optimize hiring outcomes.
- Seek continuous improvements in recruitment processes to establish a best-in-class Talent Acquisition team.
- Represent Beacon professionally and positively in all interactions with candidates and business stakeholders.
Candidate Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of comprehensive recruiting experience, ideally in a staffing agency or high-volume hiring setting.
- Ability to concurrently manage multiple recruitment projects while maintaining quality and efficiency.
- Strong passion for recruiting and relationship-building.
- Expertise in sourcing, including engaging passive candidates.
- High urgency and prioritization skills for rapid execution.
- Curious and eager to learn and enhance recruitment methods continuously.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and relationship skills.
- Competence in influencing hiring managers, setting clear expectations, and ensuring accountability throughout hiring phases.
- Self-driven, well-organized, and capable of independent work.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems; familiarity with ADP Recruitment Management is advantageous.
- Experience in healthcare or behavioral health recruitment is preferred but not mandatory.
