About The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Recruiter to join our team. This role is crucial for scaling our onsite Pharmacy and Fulfillment Center operations. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Lead, you will be instrumental in building our frontline teams, ensuring they are equipped to fulfill our customer promise daily. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for various mid-level operational positions, collaborate closely with facility supervisors and managers, and work with your Talent Acquisition colleagues to cultivate an efficient, candidate-centric hiring process.
Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for fulfillment, logistics, and high-volume operational roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers to top candidates while ensuring an outstanding candidate experience.
- Engage daily with Fulfillment Center supervisors and Pharmacy team leads to understand immediate staffing needs, provide candidate status updates, and coordinate onsite interview schedules.
- Proactively source passive candidates and develop diverse talent pools within the Columbus, OH area through local networking, community engagement, and innovative recruitment strategies.
- Collaborate extensively with the TA Lead and the wider Operations TA Team to assess and refine hiring workflows, continuously seeking opportunities to boost efficiency and reduce time-to-hire.
- Maintain meticulous records within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and utilize hiring metrics to monitor progress, identify challenges, and provide real-time updates to hiring managers.
- Assist in the planning, organization, and execution of local hiring events, interview days, and community-focused talent attraction initiatives.
- Strategically employ AI recruitment tools to enhance capacity, automate time-consuming administrative tasks, and improve overall recruitment effectiveness.
Requirements
- Possess a minimum of 2-3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a significant focus on managing high-volume or fast-paced requisition loads.
- Demonstrated success in recruiting within the Pharmacy, Healthcare, Fulfillment, Manufacturing, Retail, or Logistics sectors is highly desirable.
- Exhibit a strong commitment to providing an exceptional candidate journey from initial contact through their first day of employment.
- Demonstrate outstanding time management skills, with the ability to adapt quickly and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficient in using modern Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Ashby, Greenhouse, Workday) and standard sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and various databases.
- Must be able to work onsite in a hybrid capacity at our New Albany facility to foster close collaboration with pharmacy leadership.
