About the Company
Hims & Hers is a health and wellness platform focused on making care more accessible, affordable, and personalized. The company’s approach centers on putting the customer first and improving outcomes across the full journey from diagnosis to treatment and delivery. It is a public company listed on the NYSE under the ticker symbol HIMS.
The organization is built around a flexible, remote-first way of working and is focused on creating a strong, inclusive culture with benefits and talent practices designed to support employees.
About the Role
The company is seeking an Employer Brand Program Manager to own and grow the way its employer story is presented externally. This person will shape a clear and differentiated narrative, then turn that narrative into high-quality content and experiences that attract and engage top talent.
The role is both strategic and execution-heavy, requiring someone who can think like a brand builder while also delivering content and programs directly. You will collaborate across the business to keep the employer brand consistent, compelling, and aligned with hiring priorities.
Because the company operates fully remotely, this role helps ensure the employer brand reflects the ambition of hiring exceptional talent from anywhere.
What You’ll Do
- Set and continuously refine the employer brand direction so the company’s talent story stays distinctive and appealing to priority candidate groups.
- Produce strong content across multiple formats and channels, including social media, the careers site, recruiting assets, and campaign materials.
- Work closely with Recruiting, Marketing, Communications, and business leaders to turn company priorities into messages that resonate with candidates.
- Create and maintain a steady content pipeline that showcases employees, company mission, and business impact in an authentic way.
- Design focused campaigns for critical hiring needs, especially for technical and product positions, in line with business goals.
- Use AI and data tools to deepen audience understanding, track candidate sentiment, and evaluate competitor positioning, with an emphasis on meaningful strategic improvement.
- Improve the careers site experience so it clearly communicates the brand, culture, and opportunities.
- Shape social strategy for talent attraction, including both organic and paid approaches on relevant platforms.
- Support recruiters and hiring managers with messaging, content, and tools that help them represent the company well in candidate conversations.
- Partner with People and leadership teams to identify and share authentic stories from across the organization.
- Define success metrics for brand awareness, engagement, and hiring influence, then use results to keep improving the program.
What You’ll Need
- At least 5 years of experience in employer branding, content, or talent marketing, preferably in a fast-growing or technology-oriented company.
- Strong content development ability, with a clear perspective on how effective storytelling works across different channels.
- Hands-on familiarity with AI tools and a mindset that looks beyond basic use cases to find new strategic value.
- Ability to turn complex company stories into messaging that is simple, engaging, and differentiated.
- Solid cross-functional collaboration skills, especially with recruiting, marketing, and senior leadership partners.
- Experience creating or expanding employer brand programs, including campaigns, content plans, and careers site improvements.
- Strong ownership and the ability to work independently while driving initiatives from start to finish.
- Comfort using data and insights to guide decisions and evaluate program performance.
- Good judgment and creative taste, with a focus on quality, consistency, and authenticity.
- Comfort working in a fast-moving environment where priorities can change quickly.
Benefits
- Competitive pay plus equity for eligible full-time positions.
- Unlimited paid time off, company holidays, and quarterly mental health days.
- Medical, dental, and vision coverage, along with parental leave.
- Employee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP).
- 401(k) plan with employer matching.
- Offsite team retreats.
