Job description
About the opportunity
Beneco is introducing a brand-new position, giving the successful person the chance to help define how the role develops. As Talent Acquisition Partner, you will work side by side with the Leader of People, Culture & Strategy to support Beneco’s goal of becoming an employer of choice within the healthcare sector.
This role sits at the centre of all things talent. You will manage recruitment from start to finish, create a positive experience for candidates, assist with onboarding, and contribute to wider People & Culture work that has a meaningful impact on employees and clients.
If you enjoy connecting strong candidates with the right opportunities, this is a role where you can make a real contribution.
Key responsibilities
- Handle the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, and progressing candidates in a fair, inclusive, and values-based way.
- Work with leaders to plan ahead for workforce needs and support timely hiring for open roles.
- Liaise with outside recruitment partners when additional support is needed.
- Ensure candidates receive a smooth, professional, and engaging experience from first contact through to onboarding.
- Support new starter induction so employees are set up well from day one.
- Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and partner across the business to understand hiring priorities.
About you
You are a motivated talent professional who brings energy, integrity, and a genuine interest in people. You may currently work in an agency environment and want to move in-house, or you may already be part of a People & Culture team and want greater ownership.
The ideal candidate will bring experience in healthcare, WHS, or rehab as a Talent Partner, along with a growth-oriented approach and a proven ability to achieve strong hiring outcomes through meaningful interactions with candidates and stakeholders. You should be comfortable using HR or ATS systems, with Employment Hero considered an advantage.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills are important, as is the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the business. A proactive and approachable style, openness to feedback, willingness to challenge outdated approaches, and the resilience to manage competing priorities while staying positive will help you succeed in this role.
