This newly established position at a leading investment firm focuses on partnering with business leaders to facilitate the recruitment of investment professionals. The role involves close collaboration with the Recruiting Team to implement strategic hiring initiatives, utilizing data analysis and hiring metrics.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business heads to support recruitment efforts specifically targeting investment professionals.
- Work alongside the Recruiting Team to develop and execute effective recruiting strategies driven by data and hiring metrics.
- Create and maintain strong talent pipelines and sourcing plans to meet both current and future hiring demands.
- Provide market intelligence by analyzing talent trends, compensation data, and competitive landscapes to business leaders.
- Identify and attract high-caliber and diverse candidates using multiple sourcing channels.
