Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business heads to support recruitment efforts specifically targeting investment professionals.
• Work alongside the Recruiting Team to develop and execute effective recruiting strategies driven by data and hiring metrics.
• Create and maintain strong talent pipelines and sourcing plans to meet both current and future hiring demands.
• Provide market intelligence by analyzing talent trends, compensation data, and competitive landscapes to business leaders.
• Identify and attract high-caliber and diverse candidates using multiple sourcing channels.
