Role overview
This position is for a Recruitment Manager focused on large-scale talent acquisition across multiple business units. The ideal candidate will excel in a high-energy environment, improve hiring outcomes, and help deliver a smooth experience for applicants throughout the process.
Key responsibilities
- Design and run recruitment plans for bulk and high-volume hiring needs.
- Partner with business and HR leaders to estimate workforce demand and build hiring pipelines.
- Work with senior stakeholders to align on hiring priorities, delivery timelines, and business objectives.
- Use data and workforce trends to support planning and decision-making.
- Lead, coach, and support a team of recruiters to achieve hiring goals.
- Track team performance using KPIs and build capability through regular mentoring.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and offer finalization.
- Maintain compliance with SLAs, turnaround-time commitments, and quality standards.
- Use job portals, social platforms, referrals, and vendor partnerships to source candidates.
- Support employer branding efforts to strengthen attraction at scale.
- Monitor hiring measures such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and conversion rates.
- Share periodic reports and insights with leadership to enable ongoing process improvement.
What the role requires
- At least 7 years of experience in talent acquisition, especially in bulk or volume hiring.
- A strong record of handling large hiring demands in fast-moving environments.
- Proven leadership ability with experience managing recruitment teams.
- Practical knowledge of recruitment systems and ATS tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication along with stakeholder management skills.
- Comfort working under pressure and meeting aggressive hiring deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree; a background in HR or a medium of instruction/HR-focused specialization is preferred.
